Submissions for Publication
UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL) invites all professors, attorneys, government officials, industry participants, and other individuals active in the field of intellectual property law and policy to submit scholarly articles, presentations, and other materials for publication.

Authors may submit manuscripts in electronic or hardcopy form. Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged. Please send all electronic submissions as email attachments, preferably in Microsoft Word format. Alternatively, authors may submit electronically through ExpressO, Scholastica, and SSRN.
Format
Manuscripts should be double-spaced, single-sided copy with generous margins.
Citations
All citations should conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
